N NinPOS

Privacy Policy

Effective July 26, 2026

The short version: NinPOS has no ads, no trackers, and no analytics companies watching you. We never sell your data or share it with anyone. The only information we keep is what the app needs to work — your shop account and the sales data you enter — and you can delete all of it at any time from inside the app.

What we store

Your account — your shop name and username. Your PIN is stored only as a secure hash; we cannot see it.
Your business data — the products, prices, inventory, orders, and payments you record in the app. This is your data; we store it solely so it can sync between your devices and be restored when you log in.
Basic diagnostics — technical logs (such as device model, OS version, and error messages) used only to find and fix problems in the app.

What we never do

We never sell your data. To anyone. Ever.
We never share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
We show no ads and use no third-party tracking or advertising SDKs.
We don't collect your location, contacts, photos, or anything else on your device.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored on the device you use and on our servers, only so that it can sync and be backed up. It is never accessible to other merchants.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account inside the app. This immediately ends access and removes your account; the associated shop data is deleted from our systems.

Children

NinPOS is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
